A practice with forty-seven years on N 45th.
Dr. Melvin Carlson opened the Wallingford office in 1978. Four decades later it remains the practice's primary location — pediatric and binocular vision care, dry eye treatment, specialty contact lens fitting, and a full optical dispensary all under one roof.
All six active doctors see patients here on rotation. The front desk routes pediatric and strabismus visits to Dr. Matt Carlson; scleral lens and complex contact lens fittings to Dr. Curtis Ono; dry eye and red eye to Dr. Andrews; and comprehensive care to Dr. Tran and Dr. Ono.
The doctors actually listen. I've been seeing Dr. Carlson for over twenty years and he still remembers details from a single visit.
